Referrals are required to stay at the Camp Lejeune Fisher House. Referrals can be prepared by your case manager, social worker, nurse, physician and/or chaplain. In order to accommodate as many families as possible, reservations cannot be made and rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. For a copy of our referral form, please click here!
